Sandberg Development Graduate Program is a trainee program based in Malmö for both engineers and economists who want to kickstart their careers. As part of Sandberg Development’s Graduate Program, Aimpoint is looking for a Graduate Junior Product Manager who will be part of the team shaping how our products evolve - from early ideas to market-leading solutions used by professionals and enthusiasts worldwide.

About the role

- Collaborate across business, R&D, operations, and sales to turn insights into value for customers.

- Help define what we develop, why it matters, and how it supports the long-term strategy.

- This is a hands-on position where you’ll learn the full product journey, gaining the experience and perspective to grow into a future Product Manager.

We are looking for someone who has:

- A recent degree in Business, Engineering or similar related field

- Strong business sense and understanding of value creation and profitability

- A genuine interest in Aimpoint's field - defense, hunting, or sport shooting - will help you connect with customers and understand their world. But curiosity, analytical thinking, and drive to create results matter the most.

- Curiosity about technology, operations, and what drives product success

- Ability to interpret data, recognize trends, and translate them into actionable insights

- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach

- Proactivity, adaptability, and comfort navigating complexity

- Ambition to develop into a Product Manager role, driving both product and business impact
