As part of Sandberg Development’s Graduate Program, Aimpoint is looking for a Graduate Junior Business Controller & Accounting Analyst who want to be right in the middle of the action, helping Aimpoint understand its performance, keep its financials accurate, and drive smarter decisions every day.

About the role

- Work closely with teams across the business, support budgeting and forecasting.

- Take responsibility for selected accounting tasks such as reconciliations, monthly closings, and ensuring data quality in financial systems.

- Exploring how AI can reshape finance.

- Experiment with new tools, automate workflows, and rethink how we generate insights and value.

- Expect a fast learning curve, real ownership from day one, and the opportunity to help build a modern, data‑driven finance function.

We are looking for someone who has

- Recently graduated in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- A passion for working with data and turning it into clear, actionable insights.

- Interest in accounting fundamentals and enjoys tasks such as reconciliations, postings, and supporting monthly closing.

- Confidence using Excel (bonus points for Power BI, SQL, or similar tools).

- Enthusiasm for AI, automation, and using new technology to work smarter - not harder.

- Curiosity, proactivity, and a willingness to challenge the status quo.

- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

- Strong attention to detail while keeping the bigger picture in mind.

- Enjoyment in collaborating and building strong relationships across teams.
