As part of Sandberg Development’s Graduate Program, we are looking for a Graduate Business Controller who wants to contribute to the automation and optimization of financial workflows, enhance business performance insights, and drive efficient ways of working. In this role, you will have the opportunity to combine financial expertise, technology, and business acumen to deliver impact across the organization.

About the role

In the Business Controller position, you will get the opportunity to:

- Drive automation and optimization of financial processes through innovative tools and approaches.

- Streamline accounting procedures to allow for more efficient and standardized reporting structures.

- Monitor and provide insights into business performance while collaborating with key stakeholders to align on company goals and strategic initiatives.

- Conduct financial analyses, identify key performance metrics, and contribute to business planning and forecasting.

- Implement and leverage modern tools such as Business Intelligence (BI) platforms to improve financial decision-making processes.

- Lead and participate in workshops to communicate valuable insights and recommendations throughout the organization.

We are looking for someone who

- Has experience in financial analysis, process automation, and financial reporting.

- Is skilled in tools relevant to accounting and financial modeling.

- Understands and can work with modern BI tools such as Power BI, Planning analytics, BOARD or similar platforms to create dashboards and insights.

- Has foundational skills in managing and analyzing data.

- Is interested in applying analytical and technical tools to drive operational efficiency and support decision-making.

- Thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment and is comfortable managing several projects at once.
