Do you want to work with security, risk management and compliance, while helping shape how an organization uses data, automation and AI? As part of Sandberg Development’s Graduate Program, we are looking for a Graduate Risk & Compliance Analyst who wants to combine analysis, process development and digitalization to strengthen the organization’s risk and security work.
About the role
- Data collection and analysis: Structure, process and analyze data to support risk assessments, and identify patterns, risk indicators and relevant anomalies.
- Process development and automation: Automate recurring administrative and analytical tasks and contribute to developing more efficient workflows within risk and compliance. Identify and propose solutions that reduce manual work, and support implementation where appropriate.
- Improving the due‑diligence process: Map and analyze current due‑diligence processes for suppliers and customers, and identify opportunities to streamline them through digitalization and automation. Evaluate both existing and new tools and data sources for risk and compliance analysis.
- AI‑supported analysis and decision‑making: Use AI‑based tools for analysis, decision support and reporting, assist in preparing presentations and decision materials for management and relevant functions, and explore how AI can improve quality and efficiency in analytical work.
We are looking for someone who has
- A relevant academic education in areas such as risk management, security, social sciences, economics, law, or IT (e.g., data analysis, systems, etc.).
- A strong interest in risk and compliance topics, security‑related analysis and in how AI can be used for analysis, efficiency improvements and decision support. You also have experience or a strong interest in data analysis, automation and digital tools.
- Good collaboration skills and good verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to work in a structured way with large amounts of information.
- An analytical, curious and solution‑oriented mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities in new technology and translate them into practical improvements, while taking legal requirements into account.
