Do you want to work close to the business and help our companies take the next step in their AI development? As part of Sandberg Development’s Graduate Program, we are looking for a Graduate AI Implementation Specialist who will support the group’s companies in building concrete AI workflows, integrations, and structures.
About the role
- AI implementation and configuration: Map workflows and identify AI opportunities, as well as configure and adapt tools like Claude for specific roles and processes. Build and maintain CLAUDE.md files, hooks, templates, and other configuration files, set up automations that reduce manual work and increase quality, and implement MCP servers and system integrations (e.g., email, calendar, document management).
- Business adaptation and prompt design: Develop role‑specific system prompts and instructions, design prompt libraries and AI‑driven workflows for reporting, analysis, and communication. Improve configurations based on user feedback and document and share best practices within the group.
- Competence development and change management: Conduct workshops and walkthroughs for employees, support managers and key stakeholders in integrating AI into their daily workflows, and create guides, video walkthroughs, and other reference materials. Act as an internal resource and sparring partner for AI‑related questions.
- Follow‑up and continuous improvement: Monitor usage and value creation of AI solutions, identify areas for improvement and bottlenecks, and stay updated on new features and models within the AI ecosystem. Report progress and learnings to Sandberg Development’s management team.
We are looking for someone who has
- A recently completed degree in software development, computer engineering, AI, machine learning, or a similar technical field, with advanced studies in machine learning, NLP, LLM architecture, or AI system design. Also practical experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or other LLM platforms through projects, thesis work, or personal interest.
- Solid programming skills in e.g. Python, JavaScript, or similar, and uses code naturally as a problem‑solving tool.
- The ability to explain technical concepts in an accessible way to non‑technical users, as well as experience presenting or leading workshops, e.g. from university.
- A self‑driven, curious mindset, thriving in environments where you help shape ways of working, and staying actively updated on the rapid development of the AI ecosystem.
- Experience from projects or courses involving LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI agents, as well as familiarity with configuring AI tools such as CLAUDE.md, system prompts, or MCP servers.
- Knowledge of automation tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, custom Python/Node scripts, or API integrations via REST and webhooks.
