As part of Sandberg Development’s Graduate Program, Nor:disk is looking for a Finance & Controlling Graduate who wants to strengthen the organization’s financial decision‑making support while helping develop reporting structures in an international environment.
About the role
Business Controlling and Finance Administration:
- Conduct profitability analyses related to sales and products, perform cost follow‑ups, and carry out cash‑flow analyses where inventory, accounts receivable, and accounts payable are key components.
- Develop and build reports and analytical models in tools such as Excel and Power BI, and use them to produce clear, data‑driven insights.
- Handle administrative tasks such as transfer pricing calculations and related documentation.
- Develop accounting and reporting structures for Nor:disk’s international subsidiaries and ensure that processes are accurate and well‑structured.
We are looking for someone who has
- A degree in Business Administration with a specialization in accounting/controlling, or an equivalent background.
- A solid understanding of accounting principles, even though the role itself is not purely accounting‑focused.
- Experience working with large datasets in Excel, Power BI, or similar analytical tools.
- An interest in independently building, structuring, and analyzing reports.
