Graduate Program - Junior Area Sales Manager (ASM) at Nor:disk
Sandberg Development Graduate Program is a trainee program based in Malmö for both engineers and economists who want to kickstart their careers. Participants take on a project‑based role within one of our companies and get the opportunity to drive real projects connected to some of society’s most critical sectors water, safety, and quality of life. Do you want to work close to the business, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales across both the Swedish and international markets? As part of Sandberg Development’s Graduate Program, Nor:disk is looking for a Graduate Junior Area Sales Manager (ASM) with strong commercial drive, negotiation skills, and an interest in developing new business opportunities.
About the role
- A role for someone who wants to grow into an international sales responsibility, with the long‑term goal of taking on an Area Sales Manager position abroad.
- During your first 2–3 years, you will focus on developing your own sales territory in southeastern Sweden, including defining and executing a new market strategy.
- Lead the implementation of a web shop as a central part of Nor:disk’s channel to market strategy in Scandinavia.
- Develop a strategy for our Watersmart dishwashers aimed at the public sector.
We are looking for someone who has
- A Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Technology, or an Engineering degree with a focus on business development, or a degree in Business Administration specializing in business development.
- Has good language skills and a willingness to travel.
- Strong negotiation skills and a commercial mindset.
- An interest in creating new opportunities and a strong drive for the commercial aspects of the business.
