Sandberg Development Graduate Program is a trainee program based in Malmö for both engineers and economists who want to kickstart their careers. Do you want to work closely with senior management in a central and future‑oriented role that combines business development, project management, and analytical work? As part of Sandberg Development’s Graduate Program, we are looking for a Graduate Business Development & PMO who wants to contribute to shaping how the organization grows and develops in the future.

About the role

- Business development: Contribute to strategic planning through technical, financial, and data‑driven analyses, and identify business opportunities and efficiencies that strengthen the company’s long‑term development.

- PMO – Project Management Office: Lead and coordinate projects within technology, sustainability, and business or organizational development, while ensuring strong project governance, templates, timelines, portfolio overviews, and KPI tracking.

- AI‑driven ways of working & digital development: Use AI for analysis, decision support, reporting, and automation, and explore and implement new AI solutions that strengthen the organization’s AI maturity and streamline processes.

- Process, system & change development: Map and develop processes, gather business requirements, and support the implementation of new systems to ensure data‑driven decision-making and real business value.

- Governance, coordination & communication: Prepare decision material and board presentations, coordinate internal and external collaborations, plan events, and represent the organization in various external activities.

We are looking for someone who has

- A recently completed Master of Science in Engineering and a strong interest in technology, economics, and business development.

- The ability to work analytically, structurally, and with a problem‑solving mindset, and who sees AI as a natural tool in daily work.

- Experience in project management, analysis, or business development, and a clear interest in data analysis, automation, and AI‑based tools.

- Experience with process mapping or system‑related tasks, and an understanding of PMO work, portfolio management, and change management.
