As part of Sandberg Development’s Graduate Program, Digital Training Solutions (DTS) is looking for a Graduate Business Analyst who wants to contribute to smarter business decisions, stronger customer insights, and more efficient ways of working. About the role
- Responsible for developing and implementing Business Intelligence (BI) tools that provide the organization with continuous insights and support data‑driven decision-making.
- Collect, analyze, and visualize data from various sources to understand customer behavior, follow up on business performance, and identify improvement and growth opportunities.
- Develop and stay at the forefront of using AI tools to streamline analytical processes and strengthen data‑driven decision-making.
- Conduct competitive monitoring, financial analysis, and optimization work related to areas such as product margins, customer segments, and logistics flows.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, participate in meetings and workshops, and communicate clear insights to the organization.
We are looking for someone who has
- Experience working with BI tools such as Power BI or QlikView.
- Ability to manage and analyze data in databases (e.g., SQL) and an understanding of data modeling.
- Experience with analytical tools and methods, including but not limited to statistical analysis and data visualization.
- Basic understanding of AI-based analytical tools and how they can be implemented to enhance decision-making.
- Expertise in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, along with experience using other relevant software.
